The hotel had a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff at the front desk were friendly. My room was clean, with a nice fridge and coffee area, perfect for my needs. However, the breakfast area was quite small, making it difficult to find seating during busy hours. I also had a few issues with the air conditioning. it was not cooling enough and seemed to shut off unexpectedly. I called for assistance, but the response could have been quicker. Paul, who checked me in, was respectful and pleasant. The overall layout and amenities were decent, but improvements in breakfast space and air conditioning are definitely needed.

Comfy stay with friendly staff
Just spent 4 nights in a King Suite, and I gotta say, it was a solid experience! Paul at the front desk was super nice and helped me out when I needed a little privacy for a personal item. The room was clean, big, and stocked right. The breakfast spread was a hit—fresh and delicious! Only thing was the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy corner with a fridge and microwave that made snack time easy. I really appreciated the clean environment and the friendly front desk staff who were eager to help. The breakfast options were a nice surprise, offering more variety than just the usual continental fare.
The breakfast area was a bit small.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The kids had plenty of space to play in the large parking lot behind the hotel, which was a great bonus. It exceeded our expectations compared to our last visit in springdale.
